Rumours persist of a "bonus" speaker at the May symposium but details are vague as yet! - Now confirmed as Christopher McLintock who will speak on Astronomy and Freemasonry.

Lecture - May

On 9th May Gordon Vincent P.M. will be delivering his lecture 'Boxing and Freemasonry' to Lodge Century 1492 in Glasgow. "Jack" Dempsey and "Sugar Ray" Robinson may feature but this lecture particularly concerns the story of "Jack" Johnson who was initiated in Lodge Forfar and Kincardine No.225 in Dundee, amidst considerable controversy.

Lecture - May

On 5th May Gordon Vincent P.M. will deliver another in his series of personal search lectures entitled 'The Templars - My Search' at the District Grand Priory annual dinner. The venue is the Laurel Bank Hotel in Markinch.

Visit to No. 200 I.C.

On Feb 12th our R.W.M. Keith Thomas attended the installation meeting of the Irish Research Lodge 200 at Molesworth Street, Dublin  together with sundry Ulstermen and one other itinerant (but not yet derelict) Scot. This was for the second time in his two years of office and once again it was a memorable, educational and extremely enjoyable visit. Contact through visiting and exchange of ideas are Masonic core business for adherents of the research lodges and our brethren over the water set us an example that's hard to match.
